Aaoji User Service Agreement

Thank you for using [Aaoji] (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the App"). To help you better understand the rules governing your use of the App and website services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"), we have published this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") here for your reference.

1. Scope of Application of this Agreement

1.1 statement:

Software Products ("Aaoji") means the mobile applications, mobile versions thereof, and all relevant content, features and services provided by [PT APPORA DIGITAL TEKOLOGI] ("we" or "the Developer") developed and published on the Google Play App Store.

1.2 Conditions you need to meet:

• You must be at least [18] years old to use this app. If you are a minor, you must use the app under the guidance and consent of your parents or legal guardians. We are committed to protecting children's safety and strictly adhere to Google Play's "Child Safety Standards" policy. For underage users, we will implement additional safeguards including but not limited to restricting access to certain features and enhancing content moderation.
• When using this application, you guarantee that all registration information and materials provided are true, accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner. If the information you provide is false, misleading, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny you access to all or part of the application's features.
   

2. About your account management

To start using [Aaoji], you need to create a personal account. You can choose to register using your phone number, Google account, or device ID (one-click login). Please note that when you register with a third-party account, we will access, collect, and use information related to that account according to our Privacy Policy. For details, please review the relevant terms and conditions.

The [Aaoji] account you have created is strictly for your personal use only. You are prohibited from gifting, lending, transferring, or allowing others to use your account in any form. Your account name, user ID, and other identifiers used on [Aaoji] are owned by us. If your account is terminated or deactivated for any reason, we reserve the right to disable, reclaim, and reuse these identifiers.

Please safeguard your account credentials, including login passwords and all sensitive information. We strongly recommend setting up strong passwords and changing them regularly. Should you discover or suspect any unauthorized use of your account or password, contact us immediately via email. Until we receive and verify the account abuse report, all transactions conducted through this account on [Aaoji] will be considered valid actions by you personally.

Please note that logging in as a guest carries the risk of losing your account and in-account benefits (such as prepaid diamonds). We strongly recommend logging in with a Google account to avoid potential loss of information and virtual assets.
 

3. Code of conduct regarding your use of the application

3.1 Description of user content:

[Aaoji] enables users to stream media content in real-time while offering interactive features like chat and voice messaging. Users can incorporate the platform's provided graphics, stickers, virtual items, and other modules into their content, which can be shared through this service. Please note that any opinions expressed by other users via virtual gifts or comments do not represent the official stance or values of [Aaoji].

When using this application, you must ensure that:

① You have the legal right to grant the licenses specified in this clause related to the content published on mobile applications and websites;

② The content you publish does not infringe the privacy, portrait rights, copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party;

③ You agree to bear all royalties and other payable fees arising from the release of the content and pay them to relevant parties in a timely manner.

3.2 Description of restricted and inapplicable content

It is strictly prohibited to publish any content with offensive, sensitive, disturbing, repulsive, vulgar or shocking nature on this platform. The specific categories include but are not limited to:

3.2.1 Harmful content to minors

Strictly prohibit any inappropriate content involving minors under the age of 18, including but not limited to sexual descriptions of minors, promotion of pedophilia, or encouragement of inappropriate interaction with minors.

3.2.2 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

The platform enforces a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse materials. It strictly prohibits the creation, distribution, solicitation, or consumption of sexually suggestive or abusive content involving minors. All identified or reported CSAM materials will be immediately removed. The platform will also report such content to law enforcement agencies in accordance with the law and permanently ban the involved accounts.

3.2.3 Sexual and obscene content

In order to maintain a healthy and safe network environment, the publication of any content involving pornography, sexual suggestion or indecent nature is prohibited, such as:

• Nudity, partial nudity, or inappropriate sexual suggestive poses;
• Description, animation or depiction of sexual intercourse, sexual organs or sexual activity;
• Promoting sexual aids, illegal sexual themes or fetish content;
• Obscene or obscene content containing profanity, slander, explicit text or adult keywords;
• Encouraging, describing or glorifying sexual violence or inappropriate sexual conduct.

3.2.4 Hate speech

It is prohibited to make statements intended to denigrate, humiliate or incite hatred against a group on the grounds of race, religion, colour, gender, gender identity, national origin, disability, nationality or other protected characteristic.

3.2.5 Violent and threatening content

The release of real violent acts, threats of violence, or encouragement of illegal use of weapons or dangerous substances, as well as any assistance in the purchase of guns, ammunition, etc., is strictly prohibited.

3.2.6 Terrorism-related content

It is prohibited to disseminate any content that incites or propagates terrorist crimes, supports terrorist organizations, or provides methods and techniques for terrorist activities, including text, images, audio, code and other forms.

3.2.7 Bullying and harassment

Any act that is intended to humiliate, intimidate, exploit or publicly demean another person, including but not limited to:

• Malicious attacks against individuals or groups;
• Using the content to extort or blackmail;
• Publishing information intended to demean or humiliate others.

The platform reserves the right to investigate users who post illegal content and take corresponding legal measures, including deleting the content or terminating the account. We also encourage users to report violations to us through the built-in reporting function or customer service email, so as to jointly maintain a good community environment.

Users shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.

The disclosure of telephone numbers, addresses, surnames, social media accounts, email addresses or any information that can be used to identify individuals is prohibited in the disclosure of personal information.
 

4. Prohibited behavior content of this application

If you abuse this service or engage in any behavior we deem improper or illegal, we reserve the right to investigate, suspend, and/or terminate your account. This policy also applies to actions or communications involving users you connect through this service that occur outside the scope of the service. The following lists prohibited behaviors related to the service:

1. Do not ask any user for money.

2. Do not harm, follow or otherwise harass others.

3. Do not impersonate others or make false statements about your relationship with any person or entity, including by falsely claiming to be a minor (if you are not a minor).

4. You shall not upload or disseminate any content that you are not entitled to provide, or that infringes the patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, privacy or other rights of others.

5. Without our prior written consent, your comments shall not be implied or claimed in any way to be approved by us.

6. It is prohibited to use the Service illegally or to engage in illegal activities through the Service.

7. Do not access the Service in an illegal or unauthorized jurisdiction.

8. It is prohibited to require or assist users to conceal the identity, source or whereabouts of illegal funds or products.

9. Do not use any robot, web crawler, website retrieval tool or other automatic or manual method to copy, circumvent or interfere with the structure, content or presentation of the Service.

10. It is prohibited to upload or spread viruses, harmful codes, files or programs, and to use any form of data mining or automatic collection methods to damage the operation of services.

11. Do not collect users' user names and/or email addresses electronically or otherwise for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails or embedding unauthorized links or frames.

12. Do not interfere with or damage the servers or networks connected to the Service.

13. Do not forge headers or manipulate identifiers to hide the source of any information (including the direct or indirect use of third-party software).

14. No part of the Service shall be "framed" or "mirrored" without our prior written authorization.

15. The use of meta tags, code or other means containing references to our services, trademarks, names, logos or slogans is prohibited to direct users to other mobile applications or websites.

16. No modification, adaptation, redistribution, translation, sale, reverse engineering, decompilation or disassembly of any part of the Service or the related software shall be made, nor shall you assist others to do so.

17. It is prohibited to publish, use, transmit or distribute any content or information obtained from the Service directly or indirectly (e.g., screen capture) in any manner or medium, unless it is directly related to the use of the Service provided by this Agreement.

18. Accounts or content shall not be registered automatically, systematically or programmatically.

19. Creating unnecessary multiple accounts is prohibited. If we find that you create multiple accounts for the purpose of sending spam, misleading others or any other malicious purposes, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately without notice.
 

5. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) policy

AaoJi is operated and published by PT APPORA DIGITAL TEKNOLOGI, and user safety is at the core of our operations. We are committed to building and maintaining a healthy, safe, and strictly regulated online community. To this end, we solemnly pledge a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and have established this Child Safety Standards accordingly. This public document outlines our specific measures to ensure full compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

These standards are the fundamental guidelines for the platform and are legally binding on all users and all content on AaoJi.

5.1.  A Solemn Declaration Regarding the Strict Combation of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

AaoJi solemnly declares that it adopts a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation. This platform strictly prohibits all of the following behaviors, considering them an inviolable bottom line:

      Creating, uploading, or disseminating any content containing pornography or sexual innuendo about minors.

      Enticing, online deceiving, coercing, or manipulating minors in any form.

      Soliciting, attempting to obtain, or trading nude photos, private photos, or sensitive personal information from minors in any way.

      Conducting any sexually suggestive dialogue, role-playing, or other inappropriate interactions with minors.

      Any attempt to entice or deceive minors to commit the aforementioned illegal acts.

This platform will take the most severe measures against all violations and will report them to judicial authorities in accordance with the law.

5.2.  Child Protection Measures

5.2.1.  Strict Access Control

AaoJi is a service strictly limited to adults aged 18 and above.
We ensure this rule is enforced through a rigorous age verification process. Any underage accounts discovered will be immediately banned and deleted.

5.2.2.  Comprehensive Content Review

We employ a dual mechanism of "automated system screening + human expert review" to monitor platform content around the clock, including:

      All live video streams

      Text chat logs between users

      Images, videos, and other media files uploaded by users

      Any suspicious behavioral patterns that may involve or harm minors

      For identified high-risk or clearly illegal content, we will take immediate measures such as deletion and account banning, and report to law enforcement agencies as appropriate.

5.2.3.  Immediate Reporting and Response

We have established a convenient reporting channel for users, which can accept the following reports:

      Content or behavior involving child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)

      Suspected underage users

      Any enticement or inappropriate behavior targeting minors

We promise that all reports, especially serious and urgent CSAE-related reports, will be initially reviewed and prioritized within 24 hours.

5.2.4.  Prohibited Content and Behaviors

To thoroughly protect minors, the AaoJi platform strictly prohibits and will not tolerate the following content and behaviors:

      Strictly Prohibited: Disseminating Inappropriate Content Involving Minors

1. Sharing, creating, or possessing images or videos of minors who are naked, partially naked, or have undergone sexual alteration is strictly prohibited.
2. Using AI or any other technology to generate or deepfake sexually suggestive content depicting minors is strictly prohibited.
3. Publishing pornographic descriptions, fantasies, or engaging in related role-playing involving minors in text, language, or other forms is strictly prohibited.

      Strictly Prohibited: Engaging in High-Risk Behaviors Targeting Minors

1. Solidly soliciting images, videos, personal data, or other private information from minors in any form is strictly prohibited.
2. Luring or Deceiving Minors Through Gifts, Money, Virtual Items, or Other Benefits is Strictly Prohibited.
3. Impersonating a Minor for Any Inappropriate or Deceptive Interaction is Strictly Prohibited.

      Strictly Prohibited: Crossing Legal Boundaries Regarding Child Safety

1. Engaging in any activity that violates current child protection laws and regulations is strictly prohibited.
2. Collecting, Storing, or Using Minors' Personal Information Without the Explicit Consent of Their Legal Guardians is Strictly Prohibited.
3. The production or dissemination of any content that may harm children's safety or physical and mental health is strictly prohibited.

5.2.5.  Handling of Violations and Enforcement Measures

To ensure the effective implementation of our platform's safety policies, any violation of our safety standards (especially those involving child safety) will result in a series of severe escalation penalties, including but not limited to:

      Immediate Content Handling: Permanent deletion of all violating content.

      Account and Device Penalties: Depending on the severity of the violation, the account involved will be temporarily frozen or permanently banned; in serious cases, device bans will be imposed to prevent future registration.

      Legal Accountability and Cooperation: We have zero tolerance for such behavior. The platform will:

1. Report suspected cases of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) to law enforcement agencies in accordance with the law.
2. Reserve all rights to pursue legal action against violators.

5.2.6.  To our users:

PT APPORA DIGITAL TEKNOLOGI firmly believes that safety is the foundation of trust. We are committed to actively maintaining and regularly updating this Child Safety Standard to strictly adhere to:

      Google Play's Child Safety Policy

      All relevant child protection laws

Your trust is our driving force. Therefore, we will continue to invest in enhancing AaoJi's safety capabilities, which is central to our shared goal of providing you with a safe and trustworthy communication environment.

5.3.  Age Restriction and User Qualification Statement

This service is strictly limited to adult users aged 18 and above. We explicitly prohibit any child under the age of 13 from using our services; any such account discovered will be proactively and immediately deleted.

We will not knowingly collect or use any personal information of children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please stop using this service immediately.

If we unintentionally collect personal information of children under the age of 13, we will delete it immediately in accordance with applicable laws and regulations upon becoming aware of it.

5.4.  Protection of Personal Information for Children Under 13 Years Old

We strictly comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and take the following specific measures to protect children's privacy:

      Prohibited Collection Policy: We will not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13, including account information, contact details, device identifiers, etc.

      No Targeted Content: This service does not provide content, advertising, or behavioral guidance aimed at children, and its design and operation are not intended to attract or target users under the age of 13 in any way.

      Parental and Guardian Rights: If a parent or guardian discovers that their child under the age of 13 has submitted personal information to us without their consent, please contact us using the contact information provided in this policy. We will immediately delete the relevant data after verifying the identity.

5.5.  Parental and Guardian Responsibilities and Collaboration

      We encourage parents and guardians to actively fulfill their guardianship responsibilities, guide minors to use the internet safely and healthily, and strengthen their awareness of personal information protection.

      If you, as a guardian, discover any inappropriate behavior by a minor while using this service, or that personal information has been submitted without your consent, please contact us immediately. Your cooperation is crucial for us to jointly maintain the online safety of minors.

6. Minors's Privacy Policy

We highly value the privacy of minors and teenagers. Strictly adhering to platform policies, we prohibit providing any services to users under the age of 18 (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction), and we will not collect data or conduct any marketing or promotion on them. If we discover that a minor has provided personal information, we will immediately and completely delete the relevant data, freeze and close the account, and prohibit them from registering again. Users can report such cases through the in-app "Feedback" function or customer service email. Verification of suspected underage users will be completed and feedback provided within 72 hours. If a report is made by a guardian, it will be verified within 24 hours and appropriate measures will be taken. We urge parents or guardians to strengthen supervision of minors' online use. If a minor uses the service due to falsifying their age, the guardian will bear the relevant responsibility. We sincerely invite all parties to work together to safeguard the online safety and healthy growth of minors.

7. Interaction with other users

We are committed to creating a community environment that respects users and provides a good experience, but please note that we are not responsible for any actions users take within or outside the Service. Please exercise caution when interacting with others and take responsibility for your interactions.

We strongly recommend that you do not disclose your financial information (including but not limited to credit card number, bank account information) to other users, nor transfer money to them by wire transfer or other means. You shall bear all risks and consequences arising from your interaction with other users.

We reserve the right to monitor and review disputes between users, but have no obligation to actively intervene or deal with them.
 

8. Monitoring and compliance

To ensure platform security and service quality, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently freeze accounts with significant risks or abnormal activities, as well as restrict their access. You hereby commit that all information provided during registration (including materials submitted through third-party accounts like Google) is truthful and accurate, and that you hold all legal rights and authorization to publish content on this platform.

You acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to monitor content you post and may remove any material that violates user agreements, damages the platform's reputation, or poses risks. By using this service, you grant [Aaoji] an irrevocable, free, and non-exclusive license to publish and use content globally.

You agree that we, our affiliates, and third-party partners have the right to display advertisements on this service. By submitting any feedback or suggestions regarding this service, you grant us the right to use and share such content for any purpose without compensation.

You understand and agree that we have the right to access, maintain and disclose your account information and related content under the following reasonable and necessary circumstances:

• To comply with laws and regulations, departmental rules or cooperate with judicial authorities in their investigations;
• To implement this User Agreement and the relevant platform rules;
• To handle suspected infringement complaints from third parties;
• To respond to your requests and complaints through customer service channels;
• To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the company, users and the public, as well as personal and property safety.

We exercise this right only when we reasonably deem it necessary to do so, and we promise to always strictly comply with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations and privacy policies.
 

9. Prohibit spam

You must not engage in any spam-related activities within this application. Violations of this policy may result in immediate termination of services, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action against spammers. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to: uploading, publishing, sending emails, transmitting, or providing spam information, commercial advertisements, and other unsolicited promotional content in any form.

In the event of breach of this Agreement, you and your agents may be liable for civil and even criminal liability
 

10. In-app digital products and payments

10.1. Rules for digital goods (e.g. diamonds/coins)

When you purchase or receive digital goods (such as diamonds/gold coins), you only obtain usage rights rather than ownership. These virtual currencies can be used for in-platform services including video streaming and text chat. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any consequences arising from your exercise of rights related to digital goods. We reserve the right to verify your identity and eligibility for using digital goods.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate digital goods services. Should you incur losses or damages due to system errors or other reasons, we are not obligated to repair, replace digital goods, or provide any credit limits or refunds. Purchased digital goods are non-replicable, non-refundable, and non-transferable, even if they have expired, been revoked, or discontinued. We may adjust purchase prices and usage rules at any time, and reserve the right to revoke or suspend virtual currency distribution without prior notice, refunds, or compensation. Virtual goods may have expiration dates. No monetary value can be exchanged for digital goods. If you delete your account or have your account terminated for any reason, you will lose all accumulated and unused digital goods without refunds or compensation. You agree that we shall not be liable for any consequences arising from our exercise of rights related to digital goods.

Any digital goods purchased or received by users do not constitute property in the legal sense and are not transferable.

10.2 Payment method and security terms

The paid services of [Aaoji] can be purchased through your account linked to third-party providers (such as Google Play, collectively referred to as "third-party accounts"). If you choose to purchase any paid services via a third-party account, the related billing will be displayed in that account. We recommend that you carefully review the terms of service for third-party accounts, as we cannot control their content.

During the payment process, you may have completed the transaction. However, due to network delays or other technical issues, our backend system might not immediately recognize the "paid" status and related details. This could result in delayed cryptocurrency transfers. If you're experiencing confusion or dissatisfaction with this situation, please email us to share your concerns. We'll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
 

11. Member Privilege Services

11.1 Validity and prohibition of membership

Your membership will automatically become invalid if any laws and regulations prohibit it. When using the mobile application, website and related services, you declare and warrant that:

• All registration information provided is true and accurate;
• You are over 18 years old;
• You have not violated any applicable laws and regulations in the course of your use of the Services.

11.2 Age Declaration and Violation Handling

If we find that you provide false age information, we have the right to delete your personal data immediately without prior notice. Your membership is for personal use only, and it is strictly prohibited to authorize others to use your account (including personal information, email address, etc.).

You accept full responsibility for all content (including email) posted or displayed through your account and for your interactions with other users.
 

12. Breach of contract and costs

This agreement shall remain valid throughout your use of the mobile application, website, and/or related services. Should you breach this agreement, we reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time without prior notice. If your membership is terminated, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused subscription fees (if applicable). This agreement shall remain effective even after termination.

Our terms of service and/or subscription fees (if applicable) may change when necessary. By using this service and becoming a member, you agree that we reserve the right to collect outstanding service fees and terminate your membership if you breach this agreement or fail to pay required service fees.

In addition, standard usage charges may apply for SMS or other data charges, which will be charged through your wireless service bill or deducted from your prepaid balance.
 

13. Customer service and after-sales support

Our customer service representatives are here to assist and guide you. When communicating with our customer service representatives, you agree to refrain from using abusive, obscene, disrespectful, offensive, sexist, threatening, harassing, racist, or any inappropriate language. If we determine that your behavior towards any customer service representative or other staff members is threatening or offensive, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account.
 

14. Dispute clause

You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms of Service or the use thereof (including but not limited to disputes arising from your or a third party's access to or use of the Services) shall be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for arbitration rather than being brought before a court (except where the dispute meets the threshold for small claims court acceptance and is filed in an individual capacity). This arbitration applies to all claims regardless of the applicable law or form of relief sought (including legal or equitable remedies), and covers all existing, current, and potential future disputes. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
 

15. Compensation policy

You agree to indemnify and hold the Services and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners and employees free from any third party losses, liabilities, claims or demands arising out of your use of the Services in violation of this Agreement, including reasonable attorney's fees.
 

16. Intellectual property norms

You acknowledge and agree that we hold full intellectual property rights to this application and all its derivative works (including any future updates or upgrades). Without our express written authorization, you may not use our trademarks, product names, logos, domain names, or other brand identifiers in any form. Any feedback or suggestions you provide will be considered voluntary contributions, and we reserve the right to use such contributions without payment and without any obligation.

This application and all its components—including but not limited to application code, designs, graphics, icons, text, audio, and video—are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. We are the owner or authorized user of the intellectual property rights for this application and its related content. Without our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, sell, license, or otherwise use any part of this application or its related content.

We may update this application from time to time, either automatically or manually. Please note that if you do not install these updates or new versions, the application may fail to function properly or even stop working altogether. We cannot guarantee that updates will be provided for every user, nor can we promise that these updates will continue to support your device or operating system.
 

17. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

Under no circumstances shall our services be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, or remedial damages, including but not limited to loss of profits arising from your use of the mobile application, website, or services, even if we have been notified of the potential for such damages. Any liability we may bear towards you for any reason, regardless of the form of litigation, shall remain strictly limited to the service fees you have paid us during your membership period (if applicable).

We shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies in mobile applications, websites, or services (whether caused by users, members, devices, or programming). We are also not responsible for user misconduct, fraudulent registration information, content violations, interaction disputes, account security breaches, or unauthorized access. Furthermore, we are not liable for technical issues arising from telephone networks, computer systems, wireless devices, servers, or software; transmission delays; line failures; data theft or tampering; or device damage/data loss caused by service usage or content downloads.

Under no circumstances shall we be held liable for personal injury, death, property damage, failure to meet service expectations, or disputes arising from user interactions caused by the use of our services or content. This service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, nor do we guarantee that the service will achieve specific outcomes. Furthermore, we assume no responsibility for third-party advertisements or content on our platform, nor for any goods or services provided by advertisers.
 

18. Disclaimer of Guarantee

We assure you that we will provide support to [Aaoji] with reasonable and guaranteed technology.

You assume all risks associated with using this application. We do not guarantee that our services will always be secure, reliable, or error-free, nor do we promise they will remain available, uninterrupted, or free of defects. We cannot ensure that our services will fully meet your needs, or that the results obtained through our services will be accurate or reliable. Furthermore, we make no warranty that products, services, information, materials, or purchased features obtained through our services will fulfill your expectations.

You assume the risk of downloading or obtaining any material through our services. You will be solely responsible for any damage to your or others' equipment, directly or indirectly, as a result of downloading such material.

In some jurisdictions, warranties may not be permitted to exclude or limit liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such cases, certain warranty limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, any warranties and liabilities will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
 

19. Complaints received

If you have any dissatisfaction, objection or complaint against other users of [Aaoji], including any questions or questions arising from your use of [Aaoji], you should immediately contact us through our designated customer service email and provide all necessary information and/or documents so that we can try our best to solve your problems.
 

20. Modification or modification of the Agreement
